Pike County EMS is the county ambulance service that was established in 1977.

The service has progressed from when it was established to what it is today.  Currently we man two stations in the county 24 hours per day/7 days per week.  The also has the ability to man three other trucks as volunteer units when needed.  Pike County EMS is proud to have provided the citizens of Pike County a Paramedic level service since 2012.  We currently have 15 full time and 22 part time employees on our roster.  Crews respond to a variety of 911 requests and also to non-emergency transports.  Crews respond to approximately 1400 calls annually.
