In Indiana, reassessment is the periodic re-inspection of real property by our field agents to check for errors, pick up new construction and/or improvements.

In 2012 the Indiana legislature replaced the state’s General Reassessment with Cyclical Reassessment. In Cyclical Reassessment, 25% of the county is completed each year over a four-year span. This means that your property will be reassessed once every four years.
